As a professional athlete, I learned firsthand the value of general health, overall fitness, and a positive mental outlook to complement my speed, strength, and power.
My philosophy is to train you not only to improve strength and lose weight, but also to improve your cardiovascular health, flexibility, energy levels, and attitude.
Together we will assess your strengths and weaknesses, your health and fitness goals, and determine a plan of attack to reach those goals.
