Hi guys,

Just thought I would write you a word on how much these past weeks with you have helped Nicholas.

Today was a full contact 60 minute long scrimmage between Offence and Defense. Nicholas caught everything thrown to him today (good!) but what was really nice was what happened after he made a nice catch on a 25-yard pass into close coverage. As soon as he caught the ball Nicholas used some fancy footwork (it looked like some of the ladder drills you have had him doing) to slip the tackle of the DB who was bearing right down on him and then he turned downfield and easily deked past the last remaining DB and ran for the end zone before the coaches whistled the play stopped. The OVFL receiver coaches were happy with the catch but even more so with the yardage gained after the reception.

Last year Nicholas would have made that catch but he would probably have been brought down by the first defender and certainly by the second one.

You've certainly helped add a new dimension to Nicholas' game; he is much more agile and quicker on his feet and much more aggressive and confident in his running after he catches the ball than ever before.
